I have a table that is linked to another database. How do I unlink the table? I know that I can export the table to excel, save it, then delete the table from access, and reimport it and that will break the link. But is there a simpler way to do it?

what exactly do you mean by "unlink"? Just delete it?
The database is split into a FE and a BE, and the tables are linked so that either database can veiw the entries. I am getting an error with one of the specific tables, so I was trying to just "redo" the table, and for a quick temporary fix, I was thinking I could unlink the table so that at least the FE users would be able to use the database. But unlinking seems like I have to delete and re-import.
if there is an issue with one of the FEs, then just delete the link from the FE and re-link. no need to import anything as the tables are stored on the BE. If every FE is having the same issue, you may want to split the DB again and reissue new FEs to your users.
Re-Splitting the database is my best bet then. Thanks for talking me through this!
