    Size of Database seems off

    Hi

I'm developing a database to track computer assets and employee information at our office. Basically there is about 200 or so employees and about 1200 computer assets I'm tracking.

The old database which we used for the computer assets was about 4mb in size, but the newer one i've developed has ballooned to over 41mb. All I've added is a table with basic employee data (name, location, telephone number), a startup screen, and a form which displayes the linked employee data with the computer assets they are responsible for.

I'm concerned that something is wrong. I dont think the size of the database should have grown to over 10 times its original size.

    Any thoughts?

Thanks! That cut the size down from about 41 mb to about 19.
