How do I enable the mouse wheel in forms

In an earlier version of Access (2003) I found I was able to scroll both up and down through the records is a form by using the mouse wheel. Quick and easy. Now I am using 2010 this no longer seems to work. Can anyone help me with this. I can find a command that links the mouse wheel to the next record but not one to enable me to scroll back up again to previous records. Hope someone knows the answer.
