Glad you were successful in figuring it out! Not sure how much I contributed but you are welcome. To take it one step further I don't see why you export the file into Excel and then re-import. Why not run an append query to append the data straight into your historical table?

I had to do some messing with primary keys, but YES! I can do an append query. Thank you for saving me a bunch of steps I didn't need!
