Page with no data / content at end of report

I have a report which has a page break at the end of every record and a page break at the end of every group. This works nicely except at the end of the report there is a page with header and footer but no content / data (so essentially its blank if you ignore the header and footer.) Any idea as to how I might fix this annoyance and potential waste of paper?

almost more an art than a science on things like this.....I think it might be your blank white space in your detail area (areas between headers) that needs to be tweaked smaller so as to not trigger the next page.....

I reduced the vertical space at the end of the detail section and at the end of the group footer. I reduced the width of the report in the design view to 19cm, none of the controls goes over this width. Still there is a page with no data, just the header and footer at the end of the report. Is the report narrow enough? I don't know what else to do to get rid of this space.

... Update: in the end I got rid of the page breaks from the detail and group footer sections and this solved the problem.
