A crosstab query involving mutliple text values (combo box)

Hi there, I've been searching online for a solution to this for a few days, but I've come up empty, so forgive me if this has been addressed here before.

I'm trying to build a query that would pull data from a combo box on my form that allows multiple values.

The data I am collecting is health records for clients, and the combo box in question asks what eating disorders the client may have - check all that apply.

I want to cross-reference this by race (also a combo box, but does not allow multiple values).

So my row heading is race, and column heading is type of eating disorder, and number of clients is the value, right? Access is not allowing me to set this up, however.

Any help on how to accomplish this would be much appreciated!

Need more information, a sample database describing the problem would help!
