Reports to PDF

Hello, all.

I wonder if anyone here can help me with an issue I'm having with Access 2007? I've made a business database package and while most of it's running very nicely now, I have one glitch:

I have it generating invoices for me by using a blank report and filters which I imported the appropriate fields into. It works beautifully for printed invoices but I want to be able to email them off as well. Is there a way to either

1. export a report as a PDF (preference) or
2. email the form in a PDF (preference) or doc format?

I can export to word but it loses the letterhead and other graphics so that's unacceptable. Is anyone able to help? Thanks so much,

Microsoft has an addon that allows you to save to pdf.

Then just click on the windows icon in the upper left corner and go to save as and on the right you should see pdf
