    Exclamation Combo Box

    Hi,
Information Please, is it possible to have a combo box with a drop down menu and if an item is not listed, to be able select new record within the combo box, and have it stored and displayed. If so how I do I go about it.

    Thank you in advance.

It does look like what I want, but I cannot limt the list, because of the column widths being 0cm:3cm if I change these the ID column shows. all I want to do is:

    Select item on the list
If item is not on list, type it into combo box,
and if possible save to the list.

hope I have Made it clearer

    Again Thank you

If what you are saying is that there are 10 item and cost fields in each record then the answer to your question is NO! These should be in separate records.

You are violating Normalization rules here. I would strongly suggest you brush up on Normalization before proceeding any further or you will leave yourself open for grief in the future.
