    Adding a total to a subreport?


    How do I add a total to a subreport e.g. I want a sum total for the records in the subreport? I can see the "totals" item under the "groupings and totals" menu, but it is greyed out / disabled.

    I would expect a textbox in the report footer with a control source like:

    =Sum(FieldName)
