    Report printing

I have a very basic knowledge (perhaps dangerously basic) of MS Access and have designed a simple dbase for a friend for managing her property rental business. In ordering the properties I have two subdatasheets that are for recording all payments due and recd for the specific property, as well as an identical one for recording of payments due and made to the owner of the property.

I am trying to make a report that prints out only the current properties payments due and recd, however it is also printing out the records for other properties.

Can anyone please suggest where I can go and look for a solution to this problem.

    thank you
