    Updateable query rules

Is there some site that publishes rules for making and updateable query? I sometimes get the not updateable situation when there seems to be no logic for it-very frustrating.

    Updateable query rules

I sometimes create queries that don't allow any fields to be changed, seemingly for no logical reason. Is there a site that will give me rules for determining when a query is udateable?

This site has a list of what makes a query un-updateable.

I put the two threads together for everyone. Much easier to understand. You can always use the Report Post button on the top right of each post to let me know about a problem. It includes a link to the post for me so it make it easier to find stuff.

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
