Post Count Down and close on date code

Is there a way that access 2003 can countdown on open? For example I want to give an evaluation period of 30 days, and I want access to deduct one number every day. On the main form I have a field named “days remaining” and another field named “the date today”. If the date today is 1/1/2011 then the field “days remaining” shall contain the number 30 and tomorrow contains the number 29 then 28 until reaches 0 then the database goes dim or quit on open which means the evaluation period has finished.
