Fit text horizontally to a field

Hi,
I have a database here please check the attachment.
I want to fit the Staff Name in to the box that i have drawn there even if the name is too long to fit.
Like the shrink to fit function in excel.
Please help me with this.

You just have to make the textbox wider. Wide enough for the longest possible name in the field.

You might want to limit the number of characters allowed to somewhat less then 255.
