form for New Entry Only

Hi i know this is probably a simple question, im trying to create a form to enter a new mobile phone and assigned it to one of my staff, but when i open the form i can see of other records and have to go to new entry, can i make it that it automatically goes to the new entry and can you make it that you cant see the other records on the form, as i only want this used for data entry,

If you set the DataEntry property to True then the form will only display records that have not been saved yet. It is on the Data tab of the property sheet for the form.
