Like a Telephone Tree in MS Access 2003

    Good Day,

I have an excel worksheet and I already converted it to an ms access table. I made a number of attempts to create a ms access report similar to the attached sample file but I don't know how to do it. If you check the attached file, Dave is the Unit Supervisor and he supervise 3 staff (Bruce, George and John) and John also supervise 3 other staff namely Angel, James and chuck. I really appreciate if you could help me on this one.

    Please advise.

You can achieve it by using grouping in report

You should make sure your table supports your needs.
Attached are jpg showing a typical Employee structure to
accommodate "is a Supervisor/Manager" . And some data from one of my Tables.

    Good luck.

I also added a expression wherein if you are a Supervisor or Manager is will change the FName and LName to bold. Is it possible to create a condition/expression wherein if you're not a Supervisor/Manager the FName and LName are indented. please attached preferred structure. Please help.

Using Number as field type I created a query, reports and sub-reports (by grouping).
