error "OLE Server isn't registered"

I put my access 2007 db on a usb storage device. I took it to a PC that is a stand alone, not internet access. It has Access 2007. I made some changes directly to the USB device. I brought it home. I was able to remove a few JPG's then I got this error.


Any idea how to fix it on my pc and on the alone PC?

from what I understand, there are countless issues that are linked to this message. I've only gotten it once myself and I completely forget how I fixed it at this point.
