    Access Form to Word Bookmarks

    Objective:
User fills out a form in Access and clicks a 'Submit' button when completed. The information in the form is saved to the database, launches Word and populates specific bookmarks in the Word document with the data in the Access form.

    Example:
Customer Name, Address, City, State etc...

    Environment:
    Access, Word 2007

    Specifics:
    Form name: FSE_REQUEST
    Database Name: FSEServiceRequest
    Word Document: C:\fseservice.docx

I've found sample code on the Web that claims does the above but it fails for one reason or another.
Any help or sample code would be appreciated.

You're sure to fail on this forum if you don't ask a question in the post. (hint hint) Your post suggests mind-reading abilities. Actually, I don't believe those jobs will appear on the job boards for another 10 years or so.

Ah, yes. Thanks for the reply.

The question was implied. I've added the question:

How do I accomplish the following?

User fills out a form in Access and clicks a 'Submit' button when completed. The information in the form is saved to the database, launches Word and populates specific bookmarks in the Word document with the data in the Access form.

Example of data being populated in the word document:
Customer Name, Address, City, State etc...

    Environment:
    Access, Word 2007

    Specifics:
    Form name: FSE_REQUEST
    Database Name: FSEServiceRequest
    Word Document: C:\fseservice.docx
