Sorting info

So I'm sure this is an easy fix, but after I enter a bunch of information into my forms, i.e. Members rates, last names and first names, how can I get them to sort the Last Name whenever I open the program up?

in forms, change the 'order by' property on the property sheet. type the field name into the prop in order to sort by it
