Fieldset and Legend feature in Access?

I am wondering if there is a feature or control that will insert a fieldset and legend around a group of controls in Access 2007. I am creating one by inserting a label control for the legend and then drawing lines around a group of controls. Is this how it's done or is there an easier, more automated feature that does this?

I found the answer to my question so I am posting it in case anyone does a search for the same question. You can do it the way I have been doing it by using a rectangle and a label (as I explained in my question). But a better way is to use the option group control to draw a box with a label at the top. You just have to make sure to disable the the Control Wizard. When you deactivate the Control Wizard, the option group control becomes just a rectangle with a label, which is exactly what I was looking for.
