Exclamation Form footer anchors to bottom

    I have two databases:

    ---
the earlier one form footers anchor to the detail section, which is what I like.
    ---

    ---
in the new one, form footer anchors to bottom of screen. I cannot find the property which changes this and have no idea why this differes from one to the other.
    ---

    ---
Any help on how I can get the form footer to anchor to the detail section? Im using MS Access 2013 for both. First database was started in MS Access 2010 tho.

    Thanks!

the screen is the footer (at form Max) thats where is always goes.
if you want it under the list, move it out of the footer.
