    Simple e-mail Button

I have a form with a field called "email", which contains an e-mail address. I want to make a button which will simply create a new blank e-mail to that single address in Outlook. All the help I can find is for much more complicated mass mailings, etc. How can I do this?

I have now, but I don't understand most of it. All I want is to click a button next to the "email" field and have Outlook create a blank e-mail with the single e-mail address in the "To:" field.
