Battling to create a pricelist form

i am creating a database that should show me different prices of services that 6 different companies offer.for example the price of delivering a cargo to france for company 1=R10000 and company 2=R8000.I would like to do this(price checking) on a form but i am battling to make a connection between my textboxes and combo boxes.

I can not open accdb, only mdb with version2003.

Hi i have converted it to 200-2003 version .i hope it opens this time
