    If you go into qryTrainingMonthsToExpir3 and replace the criteria with something like <=2, it will give the correct information. If you use the form, it will not give the same information. It doesn't give any negatives and 2-9 gives just about all of the information.

    Simple solution. Your forms textbox has no format so it's assumed to be text.

    Putting <=Val([Forms]![frmTrainingSearch]![txtMonths]) in the criteria makes it evaluate the text as a number, and your query then works.
