Ok, that worked. I removed the criteria in the record source and input as you instructed and that worked. That is how I was wanting it to function versus the parameter, I just was unable to get it to work after several attempts.
Thank you for the help. I might be posting more situations in the next couple of weeks because I have some other advanced issues I have been struggling with.

How do I get it to open up the record when it does find the correct application ID entered to update it only. Right now, it's pulling in and displaying the whole list from the table and that table will get large, so I want it to just narrow down to the one record.I marked this thread as *Solved* for you using the *Thread Tools* at the top of the thread.

So for this work, should I put this on a different form to then open up the form I originally had? I think it's erroring because it's trying to open the form that's already open and can't. I have a lot tables, forms, so was just trying to do it on one form if possible.
