Okay, I think that I see the problem. At the bottom of the subform, we have two calculations for phone use and internet use.
One is at the bottom of the detail section and one is in the subform.
I know now to work on the ones below the detail section and in the form footer, not the ones in the detail section. However, it is easy to give them similar or the exact same names and there is where the issue is.
I do not think that you can give them the same name or Access will complain. If you give them similar names, well you just got to be careful, ... be very careful.
As you said be consistent.
