    Not insulted, just confused. I have occasionally 'missed the mark' in my understanding. Hopefully this discussion has been somehow beneficial and you can get a useful product designed.

    See this free generic data model. You can probably drop some of the tables and relationships if they are outside your scope. But review the model and see where and how some of these things fit in the "big picture".

    Here's another model

    In the videos I suggested previously, I recognize the quality of the video and info isn't the greatest. Number 7, 8 are probably most relevant. Good luck.
