I also noticed that you in and out field are not numeric data types. I would recommend fixing this.

Hi again Hitechcoach,
Many Many thanks for that. That was the way I have been trying to solve it but I was getting the Me. , " and & in the wrong order / combination. I even tried to strip away other field and just have the amount which did work but went bad when I added anything else.
This now works fine.
