    So with what part are you having trouble? I see no attempt at this form you are describing.

    Sorry,mate i deleted it from the db before i uploaded because i couldnt get it work.I have tried several ways.creating a form from the query with a data sheet at the bottom from which i was hoping would display the results.I had posted a link to site where the tutor created a continuous form to display the results,but this required vba programming which went over my head.the query works ok ,i just want it on a form.

    Hi M8, db attached with the query form in it.what i want is to be able to enter a different pitch query without shutting it down and restarting.Attachment 1928
