Hi all,one other thing,How do i get the forms to open to the size of which they have been set in the design view,without the wasted spaced around the window.

Sorry,mate i deleted it from the db before i uploaded because i couldnt get it work.I have tried several ways.creating a form from the query with a data sheet at the bottom from which i was hoping would display the results.I had posted a link to site where the tutor created a continuous form to display the results,but this required vba programming which went over my head.the query works ok ,i just want it on a form.
