    I receive the data for this database in the form of email attachments in a CSV file that is sent from time to time.
    Here is info re database planning and design

    Post a sample of a csv file. I doubt it will look exactly as you have described.
    You need to make more use of Google - you have been given a lot of good advice. You need to review what you have been given and layout a plan. Then ask specific questions of the forum as you encounter issues.
