I'm still confused - your qryPersonnelMeeting2 may be displaying 46 records (not 52 as previously reported), but only 4 for Dwight Frye - so where does

However, when I go through the list say for Dwight Frye, there are 52 meetings available, not 4!
    come from?

I have done that, but being over 40 it is hard to sometimes see a code line completely! I know there is a zoom option in MS Access 2010, but I do not know to use it.

This does seem the best idea. It just seems to work. I put in a name "Boris Karloff' and it only gave me his records. That is what I want. However, I do not want to make the query specific only

to Boris Karloff. There are many other employees in the db. So I went to the internet and found this way. I am sure that there are others.

I put the code in and made it specific to my db. I got a syntax error. That made no sense. I literally copied the line from the next and pasted it in my db. Then I went about changing the file names - there are two instances.

That is the reason for my question. I thought (and remember I need reading glasses) that I had it nailed and I still got it wrong.

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Respectfully,

    Lou Reed

It probably come from writing the post too quickly or my bad counting. The main point there are far more meetings than I need. I only want four and if I add a meeting then I want that one put in also..
