sending the front end by email should not be a problem.



I don't use sharepoint so difficult to advise regards the dropdown. All I can suggest is that the combo (dropdown) control rowsource needs updating in some way. If you are using lookups in the table design it probably didn't get updated when you converted to sharepoint
