The controls work very good, they just don't gray out when disabled. I am using 2016 version, I saved it as .mdb but nothing changed. Right now I am comparing every single property of the forms and check boxes which are disabled between 2 dBases.

I found it, the "Border Style" on my form was set to "Transparent" when I changed to "Solid" as the one you send me it works exactly like it suppose to. Thanks one more time for your help.
