    Your screen image is showing relationships defined in the query, but these are local to that query. I was referring to permanent relationships that might be defined as part of the database. I don't recall (it's an age thing!) where in A2002 that is on the menus.



    Anyway, if you do find that there are some, you might want to delete them for the moment and re-create them after making the changes.

    You go to Tools-Relationships in 2002. I have documentation on the entire database. There looks like there are no permanent relationships with any other tables from what I can see in the documentation. I am not very good with using the tools too see them.

    I at least have a table made that has the correct information. Is there a way I can just append that information in the table I need it in?

    Thank You John for your help. I got me going in the right direction. I have found the solution. I had to change the DM-ShipHistoryByStoreItem to a number field so that it matched up to those fields that were updated to the DM-HistoryPending table. Thanks again Nick
