Yes, that's what the list box that I place on the form does now but at the moment it only shows those records where the "IS REPORT OK" field is null or equal to "No"Can LIST BOX as an object filter for me all previous inputs of the current report I am working on?

Thank you for your kind words and your offer of 20 USD. The help I offer here and in other forums is made without charge. I just try to help when and where I can as so many others have and still do help me.
Should you feel in the future that you would like me to do some consultancy work for you, I would be happy to oblige. Just send me a private message in the first instance.
However, I feel that whatever your needs, they could probably be fulfilled free of charge by asking for help here.
Thanks, once again for your kind words and gesture.

YEEEEESSSSS it works!
Thanks Bob.. I am so so grateful... Today I have said at least 20 people about you being so helpful.. Not so many people are willing to help like you do. Thank you once again... I will recommend YOU and this forum whenever someone will ask for MS Access advice..
Glad to help. Can you see the HOW it works though. The point of helping is to try to teach others about about how things work and can be done so that they become more capable themselves
Post back if you need any help in understanding the HOW

Yeah, now I see!
Thank you for starting a fire in myself (this sounds gay but never mind).
I have two days of Access experience and slowly I get to see how things function here. On a college I have had FORTRAN for two semesters and I took a course in Actionscript 2.0 so I have little bit of experience in figuring out how programming works. Plus, with the help I get on this FORUM and the help I can expect here in the future, this whole Access story makes sense! Since yesterday I have had 10 Excel tables full of conditional formatting, IFs, COUNTIFs, VLOOKUPs etc. on 20000+ rows x at least 13 columns.. You can imagine how slow filtering was.. Now, based on the database you helped me to create I already have two queries (one that displays me all reports in the database, one for displaying reports per Engineer between two selected dates). I am able now to find double reports via querie (not via Excel using =COUNTIF($A$2:$A$28,A2)=$H$2 etc.)
Thanks to your help I am much faster today in every way of data input then I was just two days ago in Excel...
Next step I'm about to take is to add more tables and to establish relations between those..
This is how it looks like now.. Thanks for everything..
