How to sort top N in Access Query

I've heard the term indexed before, and I think it means optimized for performance. How can I index those fields in MS Access?

go to your table design, select the appropriate field and in the properties at the bottom select indexed - duplicates OK (for amount) and no duplicates for worksorder
