    Okay... Rather than a negative my value comes back () on either side of it.
    That just one way numbers are formatted. You can change the format.

    If you want to do that with the formatting option that Steve posted for you, just change it slightly, i.e.

    Sweet!!! it is perfect. You guys are freaking awesome!!! Thanks a ton!!! Now I just gotta figure out a way to do a query showing the deposit value, the debit value and the left over value for each month.
