Here is what I have now. The "Select Entities" Form needs to be able run the "Form Query." The Form Query needs to be based off of the "Full list" union query. I appreciate all the response and help. I Appologize I am probably not making this simple becuase I have so little experience in Access

I gave you a link describing method for filtering by selected entities. Combine that with code to select date range. Example VBA constructed WHERE clause could be like:

WHERE Entities IN (1000, 1008, 1010) AND Datefield Between #1/1/2014# And #3/31/2014#
