Pop up forms have a caption that is left justified. Non pop up forms have a caption
that is centered. The reason for this: pop up forms are independent windows and
must follow OS standards. Non pop up forms are part of the MS ACCESS window.
How can I center the form caption, eg me.form.caption = "Hello"
