How to create a new Group in the Navigation Pane?

I wonder if 2013 has lost the ability to display the nav pane for .mdb files?

Yes, it seems that leaving the DB's as an .mdb does make a difference. I have now created two new .accdb DB's and imported all the Objects and everything seems to be working fine.
