    I Just LOCKED the Results subform in the property menu. It looks that no user can add/modify the data. The disadvantage is that if we select the entire row then if we click on delete then the row is going to be deleted. I needed to lock this delete option too.

    If I click on No option as seen in the above image then am unable to enter anything into the search boxes. The search boxes itself getting locked too if I follow the above method.

    NOTE : Am sure that am clicking on the open space so that nothing is selected. I can say that I changed the general settings of the form.

    Ok. Then what you might do is change all of them back to "Yes" except for 'Allow Deletions'. You can then lock all of the text boxes except for the searches.
