    Can you tell me the best way of sending you a copy of the report I am using so you can see how it is currently set up.
    I have never attached anything to a reply before so I don't know how to do this.

    If you go to the Advanced reply section (click on the "Go Advanced" button, there is an option to add attachments.
    I won't be able to look at it until later tonight, as I cannot download internet files from my current location.

    I think I may have attached a couple of screen shots which show the first page of the current report and the code behind it. I want the same report format but with the totals being 3 or more

    I think you may have misunderstood my request. I am not too concerned with how the report/format layout looks - that is just aesthetics that can be done later. I am more concerned about getting the data extract to pull what you want. So what I really want to see is a small sample of what the data in your table looks like, and then what your expected grouped output data looks like (in its raw form). We can always "pretty it up" later.
