    Great, thanks for your help. I made a backup and changed 2012 to 2013. There's another problem now. If you'll notice in the above picture, there's actually two queries for Debbie Travis. I didnt see the top one earlier, the one w/ the exclamation. With the one I showed above I've changed the year, but when I double-click on it, it asks me for a Product Number. I really dont know what to put in there. With the exclamation-mark one when I try to run it, it warns me it'll change data - "you are about to run a make-table query that will modify data in the table". Is there a way for me to know which table it modifies? Otherwise I wont know what changes have been made and/or where to look for them.

    Look at the query in SQL view and you should be able to tell what table it will make.
