No idea. I know this technique has worked for other posters. I don't have this implemented anywhere myself. If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

I am not sure about RuralGuy's approach which I think was suggesting to directly reference the UserID control of the first subform in the Master/Child links properties. According to the article that won't work.

I tried to add that RuralGuy now when I go to Form view a window pops up and ask me for "me.parent.TextUserID" parameters and then if I click OK another window pops up and ask me for UserID parameters.

The Me. qualifier works only in VBA code. It is alias for form or report name.

Then go through the Forms collection: Forms.MainFormName.InvisibleControlName

I checked one of my systems where I use it and evidently Access is smart enough to expect the MasterLinkField to be on the Parent Form so just the Control Name should be enough.

Got it! Now the only problem is the Subform is displaying every field that is in the DetailTable opposed to just the few fields I need it to display, can I just change the Source Object from:

    Table.DetailTable

    To

    Select Atcivity1, Acitivty2, Acitivity3 From Table.DetailTable

Would that work? I am very new at this and I promise this will be my last question for awhile.

EDIT: Never mind I got it. Thank you all a TON for your help.
