    I did look at the db. I pointed out the problem causing the parameter prompt, and the direction of the issues you'll run into next. My nature is to try to guide people towards finding the answer (teach to fish rather than give fish), but if you're still stuck I'll certainly help.

    Paul, I don't understand about the SQL...? Where do I find it for a Form? I do understand & agree with your method of teaching, but I can't even find the damn fishing rod!

    I meant the SQL of the second combo. Don't have the db in front of me, but I think it selected the wrong field and the criteria was on the wrong field.

    When you say "SQL" do you mean, "Row Sourc?"

    Yes; the SELECT statement behind the row source is SQL. Said another way, the row source property of the combo is an SQL statement. It could also have been the name of a table or saved query.
