    Rod,
    Hi there. Quick question
I do not remember this problem happening before, but when I go into a loan (or anyone else for that matter) if they havent selected an option from the option box, there is #error for both the measurement type and measurement text. However when they click on one of the buttons, the error disappears and the select field displays. Do you know whats up here?

Also sometimes I would get a runtime error 94, when the field was null, but I just put Nz in front of all of the dlookups and it seemed to fix that problem, just fyi

    Matt,

There are two things to check. If I remember correctly the option box is bound to a table field; in the table design make sure that field has a default value (say 1). Also in the form design make sure the option box has a default value.

I'm fairly sure your problem is caused by nulls.
