    Yes when I just need a blank checklist printed or if I don't care about compliance.

    Also I think you may be misunderstanding the compliance & non-compliance part. There will never be more than one compliance field selected at any time for each record it will always be one and only one of the three choices. Where the compliance and non-compliance comes in is if I need a report that shows all records that have been marked either compliance or non-compliance. so it would be like taking two separate reports and combining them into one.

    You are the man! That is exactly what I need thank you so much! I will be able to use this for my new database and even modify it for future ones. I intend to pick the code apart so I fully understand everything you did.
