    I just looked at your Version 1 Database.
    It doesn't look like the tblCustomre has any duplicates in it.
    ??

    Check out this Microsoft site for instructions on how to get rid of duplicates from your table:

    Hi, thanks for the link, I read through it and it looks right, I remember doing that method last year, I had forgotten that that was what I had to do, its a bit late here so I will give it a try tommorrow, thanks sooooooooo much again, your a life saver!!
