    An mdb with custom toolbar opened in Access 2007 is supposed to work. At least, that's what Microsoft says. However, even with following MS instructions with your database I cannot see the custom toolbar. Running code in an accdb does nothing, I just see the normal 2007 ribbon. As I said, 2007 does not have menu/toolbars like 2003. The functions do execute as evidenced by the output to Debug.Print but still no customization.

    so, with that code in an empty 2007 db you see in debug.print the 2007 ribbon, is it?

    That is the behavior I observe. I had to set a Reference to Microsoft Office Object library but I did nothing else with the file other create a general module for the functions.

    The ribbon is not modified and no 2003-like toolbar but the Debug.Print output shows.

    that second functions i posted does anything esle that read some access menu (5 in the specific) and print details.
    If you can see the output i think will not have problems to find correct statement to do that i want with 2007, also according with THIS link.
    I'm serching for 2007 version to test it.
