    Sorry, I don't understand the calculation you want.


    So you have Test as agent name, and you enter starting and ending dates. Do the call times come into it at all? Fill out the scenario for me, cause I don't understand what it is you want an average for.

    Sorry for not clarification.
    So the formula is on Query 1 too.

    It's outdial + inbound/calls. This is the formula.
