    Thanks! I had no idea. I removed the field from the query since it wasn't needed and failed to remove it from the subform.

    Sorry for the delay in updating this thread. The only way I could get the subform to correctly display records AND to allow updates to the subform data was to change the recordsource of the main form if the Status was filled in as search criteria. It works great and I thank you so much for your assistance!
